With 22+ years focused on cable manufacturing, Sunshine has built deep expertise in conductor extrusion, precision twisting, multi-layer shielding, and connector termination. Our cable testing lab includes Agilent/Keysight network analyzers for bandwidth verification up to 1000MHz, Fluke DTX-series channel certification testers, and automated continuity/HiPot testing on 100% of production output. Cable performance is verified against FCC Part 15 EMC requirements and relevant industry standards (TIA-568, ISO 11801, HDMI Forum, USB-IF).

Quality Standards & Certifications

Every cable undergoes 100% electrical testing — continuity, insulation resistance, and HiPot — before shipment. Our 6-stage quality control process (IQC, IPQC, in-line testing, burn-in/stress testing, FQA at AQL 0.65, OQC) delivers defect rates below 0.12%. Conductor materials are verified by incoming inspection for gauge accuracy, copper purity, and tinning thickness. All cables certified to UL 62368-1 where applicable, with RoHS and REACH compliance across all materials.
